Competences from product design to the repair process

The breakdown of the competences of the CTC is derived from the Airbus development process for new aircraft programs (DARE). The "Development" segment processes topics related to product design and production processes for CFRP. The latter are combined to form a functional, stable system in the "Jigs/Tools & Production Systems" segment. "Serial Introduction/ Test Support" describes the internal system user. Also, test parts for aircraft construction are defined, manufactured, and documented. The "Production" segment interacts transversally with all other segments and additionally makes the production of prototypes and very small batch series possible.
