Convection Oven Hoffmann Apparatebau GmbH + Co

The convection oven has a maximum power of 108 kW and is used as a tempering chamber in the manufacture of CFRP components. This involves the injection of resin in dry preforms at specified programmable temperatures or temperature curves as well as the tempering of preforms equipped with binder for deformation tests. The oven has wall breakthroughs for the vacuum and measurement lines and is used in combination with the injection unit during the component manufacture. The temperature is recorded by two Pt100 thermocouples.

Additional specifications of the convection oven are as follows. Max. temperature: up to 300°C at a continuously variable setting with an accuracy of +/- 5°C, internal envelope: 2000 x 2000 x 3500 mm.
