INOPRESS 100K-250 Hydraulic Press with Heating Surface

The hydraulic press is presently being used in the RTM process, for example for the manufacture of CFRP window frames. The mould can be heated by the heatable press jaws. The deformation of the closed mould is reduced and tightness increased by the closing forces of the press jaws. The closing and opening process of the press are programmable by a programmable logic control (PLC). The heat-pressure process can also be manually influenced during the operation. Thermal oil and three heater fields in each of the pressing plates are used for the heating and cooling process with four temperature sensor connections delivering data for the control. The heating process takes place in 10 increments of 30 minutes each.
